Grass Roots launched in 1980 with a clear mission: to enable organisations to achieve competitive advantage through providing expertise in communication, education, measurement, rewards and events.

That mission remains as strong and relevant today as it did then and is our guiding compass as we continue to grow across the globe. Today we are a truly international company with offices in 16 major world markets. Our growth has been carefully orchestrated to maintain a strong financial position that ensures you are in safe hands. In FY09 our turnover reached £266 million, we had significant cash reserves on our balance sheet and no debt.
