Swine flu

With many delegates travelling to participate in our clients’ events every day, we are treating the current outbreak of Swine flu with all due consideration. We are regularly monitoring the situation and are in contact with the relevant health authorities, including the World Health Organisation.

Planning and preparation are essential and we have updated our Business Continuity and Crisis Management policies as well as our Risk Assessment processes for all events.

No current programmes are affected and at present all events are taking place as planned. We will, however, advise clients immediately should we be informed that there is any specific concern relating to their event.
