Grass Roots launches new delegate management product portfolio

1st December, 2009

The Meetings, Events and Communications division of Grass Roots has launched a new three-tier delegate management product portfolio – Primary, Premium and Customised Professional.

The products have been developed to make the process of choosing delegate management services as easy as possible, offering maximum scalability and flexibility.  Each solution will offer at its base a fully client-branded secure web-based registration system which will effectively communicate and manage event information.

Giselle Ripken, Managing Director of Grass Roots delegate management services commented: “For any individual client event, requirements can range from simple registration and badge production for up to 500 delegates to a multi-language, multi-tax and currency bespoke delegate management service capable of managing real-time hotel bookings, room sharing and attendee profiling along with extensive post-event reporting for 1,000+ delegates. We wanted to make the development process simpler, quicker and provide added value for our clients while ensuring we can offer flexibility and scalability throughout the process.”

Maximising data management through a delegate management system enables organisations to make the most of the information they hold on attendees in terms of marketing activity or relationship building. It can also mean delegates can choose to enter personal details just once – from passport and contact details to dietary preferences – no matter how many events they attend. It also facilitates post-event reporting and evaluation to ensure return on investment and objective can be measured.  Grass Roots can also incorporate new technologies such as RFID (Radio Frequency Identification Data) to maximise each delegate’s experience and measurement data analysis.
